Nathan Wood

Nathan is the longest serving member of the Lisarow Physio group with over 15 years of experience servicing the needs of local families in Lisarow. During this time, Nathan has established strong and meaningful relationships within the community through GP’s, specialists, sporting organisations and aged care facilities.
Nathan has a special interest in treating complex head and neck pain, cervicogenic headaches, vertigo disorders and TMJ (jaw) disorders. Any physiotherapy needs from the neck up, Nathan is your man. Nathan has gone on to complete all levels of the internationally renowned GEMt deep dry needling training. Nathan’s passion and skill in deep dry needling has seen him assist and mentor physiotherapists in these techniques with the GEMt group.
Nathan thrives on the challenging musculoskeletal cases. He loves diving deep into problems to get to the bottom of your pain and in doing so, providing the quickest pathway to full recovery.
Alex Zuk
Senior Physiotherapist

Alex has a wealth of experience having worked in private practice on the Central Coast over the last 20 years. In that time he has gained proficiency in managing an array of musculoskeletal conditions and post-operative rehabilitation. Alex has well established connections with both local and Sydney based medical specialists helping to facilitate prompt positive outcomes for his patients.
A keen runner himself, Alex has a particular interest in the treatment and ongoing management of endurance sport injuries. He places a strong emphasis on an individualised approach to treatment with a focus on performance and prevention of re-injury in addition to symptomatic relief. In recent years Alex has utilised these skills as a provider of physiotherapy services under the NDIS. He enjoys engaging with NDIS participants to maximise their opportunities and pursue goals via physiotherapy intervention. cases. He loves the deep dive into problem solving.
Lachie Reidy

Lachie is a physiotherapist with two decades of strength and conditioning experience across health, fitness, rehabilitation, and high-performance sport in Australia and Canada. He takes a practical gym-based approach to helping people move, recover, and perform at their best.
He has a strong interest in strength and conditioning–based rehabilitation for everyday, gym, and sports-related injuries, as well as post-operative rehabilitation following both elective and emergency surgery. Lachie has recently worked closely with Surgical and Orthopaedic teams at Wyong and Gosford Hospitals, supporting patients pre and post-operatively through to full functional return.
Lachie is currently the High-Performance Director for Bobsleigh and Skeleton Australia and was the recent Chair of the Selection Committee for the Australian Bobsleigh and Skeleton teams for the 2026 Winter Olympic Games. As an Australian Winter Olympian (2018), he understands firsthand the physical and psychological demands of training, performance, and injury management.
Jacob Hemingway

Jacob has been a valued member of the Lisarow Physiotherapy team since 2021 and has spent most of his life living on the Central Coast. He completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Newcastle and went on to gain five years of experience within NSW Health before joining Lisarow Physio. During this time, Jacob developed extensive skills across a wide range of clinical areas, including; post-operative rehabilitation, chronic musculoskeletal conditions, acute injury management, and splinting and casting.
Jacob has further advanced his expertise by completing a Master of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy through La Trobe University, where he undertook in-depth study of common and complex physiotherapy presentations. He is also a Lymphoedema trained physiotherapist, qualified to provide comprehensive lymphoedema management and compression garment prescription.
Jacob has a particular interest in treating back pain, shoulder conditions, and lower limb injuries, with a strong focus on developing structured, goal-oriented treatment plans that support patients through every stage of their recovery.
Outside of the clinic, Jacob enjoys all things golf and has a strong interest in sports and soccer-related injuries. He is passionate about helping athletes of all levels return to sport safely and confidently. As a local, Jacob values being part of the Lisarow community and enjoys supporting the health and wellbeing of those who live and work in the area.
